Partners Who Go Beyond: Become a Supplier

Our products fly on rockets and satellites around the world – and none of them would leave the ground without strong partners behind them. Beyond Gravity works with suppliers across the globe, delivering processes, products, and services that meet the demands of spaceflight.

Why partner with us

Space technology is a field where suppliers grow with their customers. Working with Beyond Gravity gives you access to advanced technologies and to institutional and commercial space markets worldwide, and it connects your teams with our engineers on programs that push what is technically possible. Many of our supplier relationships have lasted for years – long-term collaboration is how we prefer to work.

What we expect from our suppliers

Space is unforgiving: many of our products cannot be repaired once in orbit, so impeccable quality is key. Our suppliers maintain a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001 as a minimum, with aerospace standards such as AS9100 applying depending on the product or service. Full traceability of materials and processes, robust risk management, and the prevention of counterfeit parts are part of everyday business, as is compliance with all applicable laws, export control regulations, and our Code of Conduct for Business Partners.

Because our supply chain handles sensitive data, we also expect solid cybersecurity practices, including compliance with recognized frameworks such as ISO 27001. Suppliers working on U.S. defense programs must also meet the requirements of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).

Requirements are scaled to what you supply: hardware that flies, or directly affects what flies, falls under direct procurement and is subject to the full set of aerospace requirements, while indirect procurement – administrative services, IT, or ground equipment – follows a simplified, fit-for-purpose approach. Across both categories, we look for partners with proven industrial maturity, the capability to innovate, transparency in how they work, and consistent delivery on what has been agreed – partnerships built on trust, order after order.

How the qualification process works

Every new supplier goes through a structured qualification before the first order. It starts with a pre-assessment of your production capability, compliance history, and risk management. Depending on the product, an on-site audit follows – suppliers holding a valid Nadcap accreditation for the relevant process are exempt. Once approved, your company is placed on our Approved Supplier List and your performance is monitored continuously, based on criteria such as on-time delivery, product conformity, and responsiveness to corrective actions.
