Beyond Gravity presents Best Supplier Award to RohTech-DST GmbH

The Swiss space company Beyond Gravity and the supplier RohTech-DST GmbH have been working together since 2017. Since then, the German company has established itself as a very reliable and innovative partner that is able to develop and implement customized solutions for Beyond Gravity's requirements thanks to its qualified employees. The high quality and challenging deadlines are exceeded, making RohTech-DST a valued partner for the aerospace company. Beyond Gravity honored this outstanding performance and proactive commitment with the Best Supplier Award 2024, which was presented this week at the annual Business Review Meeting.

International cooperation for high-tech components

As a plant engineering company, RohTech-DST GmbH supplies mechanical ground support equipment and special production equipment to the international Beyond Gravity sites in Sweden, the USA and Switzerland. These complex handling and processing devices, some of which are based on vacuum technology, are used, among other things, for ogive and cylindrical segments of the payload fairing of the European Vega launch vehicle. RohTech-DST GmbH also supplies turning devices and work platforms for assembly work as well as painting, transport and transfer trolleys for payload fairings for the US launch vehicles Atlas and Vulcan to Beyond Gravity at the Decatur site in the USA.
