Beyond Gravity has fostered a sense of responsibility which extends beyond the company’s boundaries. And it firmly believes that it can only sustain its business success if that success is founded upon responsible behavior.

Diversity & Inclusion. We foster diversity and inclusion and are committed to the development of our employees, regardless of personal characteristics such as gender, origin, age or sexual orientation. Because it’s the right thing to do and because it helps us to be more successful as a company.

SwissTec Ladies. We support the organization Swiss TecLadies, a mentoring program for girls between the ages of 13 and 16 who are interested in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, and maths).

University Cooperations. Beyond Gravity is in close contact with technical universities in its host countries and supports academic projects. Our (higher-education/ academic) partners include ETH Zurich, EPFL Lausanne, Chalmers Technical University Gothenburg and the Technical Universities in Dresden and Vienna.

STARS program. The internal STARS program is an element of our culture of curiosity and performance. Employees are encouraged to better handle challenges, develop fresh ideas and break new ground.

Women’s Alliance Council. Through the internal “Women’s Alliance Council” to promote of diversity and further training, employees – both female and male – build up internal networks and regularly exchange information across departments and borders.
