We have been a proud supplier of payload fairings for every Ariane rocket since its first launch in 1979.
Every satellite needs a backbone, and Beyond Gravity has a wide range of structural solutions to meet your needs. From aluminum or CFRP honeycomb panels to cylinders and struts, we can provide the high-precision and dimensionally stable components you need to build a reliable and durable satellite.
Our payload fairings have been used in over 400 rocket launches to date. To date, all our payload fairings in various sizes and configurations, ranging from 0.7m diameter for small launch vehicles to 5.4m, have an unmatched 100% success rate.

What do we offer

Working environment
At Beyond Gravity you'll find (apart from a lot of other cool things) a "YOU culture" throughout the company (from the first day of work) - also for learners, a welcome day for apprentices, a structured induction program as well as ergonomic workstations with height-adjustable desks.

Participation language studies
Beyond Gravity covers 50% of the costs (max. CHF 1'000.-) of language studies during the entire apprenticeship period and 100% of the time (reimbursed as school days).

Schoolbooks
Mandatory textbooks are paid 100% by Beyond Gravity.

Working time
At Beyond Gravity you work 40 hours per week and benefit from a flexible working time regulation and working time recording system.

Vacation
In the first year of your apprenticeship you get 7 weeks' holiday, in the second year 6 weeks' holiday and in the third year 5 weeks' holiday.

Konstrukteur/in EFZ

Together with clients, engineers, developers and other specialists, you develop, model and modify concepts, individual parts and assemblies for devices, machines or systems as well as tools and devices for production. When developing solutions, you work closely with functional specifications with the most important information on function, production, quality and costs. On the computer, you create parts lists, manufacturing, assembly and testing documents and compile the necessary production data.

You also create the appropriate instructions and documentation for the operation and maintenance of the products.

What we offer you

  • We offer you a well-founded and varied training. You will take part in specialized courses and receive individual support.
  • The training in the training company consists of the basic training and the main training.
  • The basic training is completed after 2 years with the partial examination.

Logistiker/in EFZ

As a logistics specialist, you are responsible for the smooth flow of materials and ensure that the right goods are in the right place at the right time. In doing so, you perform various tasks. Due to the various department changes, you will gain insight into several areas and thus have a varied and exciting training ahead of you. A safe working environment is very important to us, so that you come home safely every evening.
